No. You can publish a listing, receive enquiries, arrange viewings and select a tenant without buying a tenancy package.
The time depends on having your property details and photos ready. Complete the required listing checks before publishing, or save a draft and return later. We do not promise a fixed publication time.
Your advert is visible while published and meeting the listing requirements. You control its status from your property dashboard: pause it when needed and close it as LET once the tenancy is agreed.
No. Use the free tools first. Decide whether you want agreement preparation when you are ready to formalise the tenancy. Paid packages are not yet on sale.
We do not charge tenants a ClickProperty administration fee for searching, enquiries or participating in the tenancy workflow. Any optional tenancy package is chosen and paid for by the landlord.
They are planned inclusions in the optional €89 package. Verification and paid checkout are not yet available. A Tenant ID or completed profile alone does not mean someone has passed identity verification.

No. Agreement templates and required checks depend on the property's location and tenancy type. Supported scope and any limits must be shown before purchase. Templates do not replace individual legal advice.
Do not assume that it does. ClickProperty does not currently provide a rent-holding or deposit-protection service. Check the agreement and the applicable local requirements before paying or collecting money.
